A third generation REALTOR inHouston,Texas, Brett found real estate consulting to be a natural progression. He’s lived inHouston’s northwest his entire life where he lists and sells homes with the family real estate business, Hartman & Associates. “I like to take different routes to work so that I can see exactly what’s going on…” is Brett’s way of thinking. “Something is always going on in my stomping ground and I want to be able to give my clients the most up to date information.”
Brett was a Top Producer at Hartman & Associates in 2008 to 2010. He’s heading in the same direction for 2011! His creative style with listing homes are not a surprise because of his vast technology and marketing skills that are a big influence in today’s real estate industry. His focus has been on his neighborhood Oak Forest where he lives and surround areas including Timbergrove, Lazybrook, Garden Oaks, Shepherd Forest, Shady Acres, The Heights and many others. But his listings and sales by no means stay in this area. He has been as far as Friendswood, Pearland, and has done a lot in theMedicalCenter and Midtown as well.
